1. Remove debris early. Mow at 1-1 1/2" as soon as the lawn begins to green up.

2. Apply 36-15-0 or similar fertilizer at a rate of 1 lb actual nitrogen per 1000 sq. ft.

3. Mow frequently and in different directions.

4. Water as needed as weather conditions dictate allowing for approximately 1" per 10 days. DO NOT OVERWATER.

5. Fertilize 2-3 times per year based on lawn grass needing 1/2-1 lb of actual nitrogen per 1000 sq. ft. per month of growing season.

6. Mow to 1 1/2-2" in late fall. Tall dormant grass will harm lawn if left over winter months.
